After mastering the HMO market, our clients demanded more. And guess what? We’re delivering! We’ve expanded into residential lettings, and now, we’re on the hunt for a passionate and high-energy Lettings Manager to help us build the future of property management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • An ambitious go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment. We’ve tripled in size over the last year, and we’re just getting started!
  • You’ll start with a small portfolio, but we’ll be leaning on you to help grow it and take charge of our residential lettings division as it evolves. We’ll give you all the tools, systems, and support you need to succeed – now we need someone to drive us forward.

The Role:

This is a dynamic role that’s a mix of office and field-based work (so you’ll need your own car). You’ll be responsible for managing properties across Salford, Warrington, Bury, and Stockport, and you’ll take charge of both residential and potentially HMO properties. There’s no limit to how far you can go with this opportunity – we’re all about growth and rewarding success!

You’ll play a key part in the company’s expansion, and your core duties will include:

  • Accompanied Viewings – Show potential tenants the best our properties have to offer.
  • Move-In/Move-Out Appointments – Make sure every tenant has a seamless start.
  • Property Maintenance – Keep everything looking pristine and running smoothly.
  • Communication – Liaise with tenants, contractors, and team members.
  • Growing the Portfolio – Help drive the success of Blue Box Property by expanding our reach and client base.

About You:

You are a driven, detail-oriented individual with a passion for property and an eye for growth. Your property management or lettings experience has given you the skills to manage a range of tasks efficiently. Most importantly, you’re excited to join a rapidly expanding company, and you want to make your mark.

Essential:

  • full, valid UK driving license (you’ll need your own car, but we’ll cover mileage!)
  • Proven experience in property management or lettings/sales
  • An enthusiasm for learning, growing, and contributing to a fast-paced start-up
